IKO's Short Stud Type Cam Followers CFC···B have a new mounting structure using a hexagon socket head bolt and a dedicated flange nut. Since CFC···B needs far less mounting space than conventional cam followers, it enables greater freedom in design, improving production efficiency in a wide range of industries.
Needle Roller Bearings Thrust Disk Type Cam Followers
These bearings have special synthetic resin thrust disc washers superior in wear and heat resistance between the sliding surfaces of outer ring shoulders, stud head and side plate. These disc washers reduce friction and wear due to axial loads caused by misalignment, etc.

Needle Roller Bearings Standard Type Cam Followers CFKR (Double Hex Hole)
Cam Followers are bearings with a stud incorporating needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation with superior rotational performance, a low coefficient of friction and high load capacity. Double Hex Hole Cam Followers have a structure with hexagon sockets at each end of the stud, allowing for use in any mounting location.
Needle Roller Bearings Eccentric Type Cam Followers CFKRE (Double Hex Hole)
Cam Followers are bearings with a stud incorporating needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation with superior rotational performance, a low friction coefficient and high load capacity. CFKRE has a structure with hexagon holes at the end of each stud, making it possible to mount from any location. With an eccentric collar, it also enables easy height positioning adjustment by rotating the stud.
Needle Roller Bearings Solid Eccentric Stud Type Cam Followers
Since the stud is eccentric, it can be aligned by rotation and easily adjusted so that the load distribution on the outer surface of the outer ring is uniform. These are eccentric cam followers with a one-piece stud that can be mounted in the same mounting holes as standard type Cam Followers. The eccentricity is 0.25 mm to 0.6 mm.
Needle Roller Bearings Eccentric Type Cam Followers CFE
In these bearings, an eccentric collar is assembled with the stud, enabling the outer ring to be positioned easily in the radial direction against the mating track surface. The eccentricity is 0.4 mm to 1.5 mm.
Needle Roller Bearings Centralized Lubrication Type Cam Followers
As a tapped hole is prepared for the centralized piping on the stud head, this is optimal for applications where centralized oil piping is necessary.
Needle Roller Bearings Easy Mounting Type Cam Followers
These bearings have a stepped tapered portion on the stud, making mounting easy by fixing a set screw to the stepped portion: thus they are optimal for applications such as pallet change.
Needle Roller Bearings C-Lube Cam Followers
These Cam Followers are lubricated with C-Lube, a thermosetting solid-type lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. C-Lube lubricant is made from lubrication oil and fine particles of super-high molecular polyolefin that are solidified by heating. As the bearing rotates, the lubricant oozes out onto the raceway surface in proper quantities, maintaining the lubrication performance for a long period of time.
Needle Roller Bearings Miniature Type Cam Followers
These are compactly designed bearings, incorporating very thin needle rollers in an outer ring with a small outside diameter relative to the stud diameter. They are used in electronic devices, OA equipment, small index devices, etc.
Needle Roller Bearings Thrust Disk Type Miniature Cam Followers
Miniature Type Cam Followers are incorporated with special synthetic resin thrust washers. It receives the axial load of the outer ring generated due to installation errors, to prevent friction and wear on the sliding surface.

These bearings are full complement type bearings incorporating double rows of full complement cylindrical rollers in the outer ring, and can withstand large radial loads. Additionally, the outer ring is guided by the outer ring shoulder and the end face of cylindrical rollers to the axial direction.
Needle Roller Bearings C-Lube Unit for Cam Followers
Our new concept...a maintenance-free track surface! With the IKO C-Lube Unit for Cam Followers, the track surface doesn't require lubrication, even over long term use. The C-Lube Unit is a lubrication part that is mounted onto the cam follower. Regular lubrication is not required since the lubrication oil is supplied onto the outside diameter surface of the cam follower outer ring and track surface, providing long-term, maintenance-free lubrication of the track surface.
Needle Roller Bearings Separable Roller Followers
These bearings are assembled by combining an outer ring, inner ring and Needle Roller Cage, which can be separated from one another. Thus, handling is easy. Oil lubrication is also easy, making them suitable for high-speed rotations. There are two types: type without inner ring RNAST and type with inner ring NAST. The type with inner ring includes open type, shield type, and sealed type.
Needle Roller Bearings Non-separable Roller Followers
These non-separable type bearings have side plates press-fitted on both sides of the inner ring, and include the caged type and the full complement type. Both shield type and sealed type are available. As well, these bearings also offer a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel specification, of which the products are suitable for applications where rust prevention oil is not preferred, such as in cleanroom environments. Inch series Non-separable Roller Followers are full complement type bearings with black oxide surface treatment.
