NIPPON THOMPSON CO., LTD., and its affiliates ("IKO Group" hereinafter) recognize the importance of safeguarding personal information and regard the appropriate management of personal information as one of our social responsibilities. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the handling of personal information and strive to safeguard personal information in accordance with the following policy.
1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
- The IKO Group will acquire personal information by fair and lawful means. Unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations, we will use the personal information only to the extent necessary for the performance of our business operations within the scope of use indicated at the time of acquisition thereof or previously announced.

- The IKO Group recognizes the rights of individuals to demand the disclosure, correction, discontinuance of use, or deletion of their personal information. If so requested, the IKO Group will comply promptly and in good faith with such requests.

- To ensure the appropriate management of personal information in daily business operations, the IKO Group will establish an internal control system suitable for the company's internal business organizations and instruct employees and other personnel in methods of protecting and managing personal information.
5. Establishing, Implementing, Maintaining, and Improving Internal Rules and Regulations on Safeguarding Personal Information
- To implement and maintain this policy, the IKO Group will establish internal rules and regulations on safeguarding personal information and ensure that all employees and other personnel are thoroughly familiar with such rules and regulations.

Handling Personal Information
Against the backdrop of increasingly sophisticated information society, NIPPON THOMPSON CO., LTD. ("Company" hereinafter), recognizes the importance of your personal information and will engage as follows:
1 Acquiring Personal Information
The Company will acquire personal information only after specifying the purpose(s) of use, within the scope of our legitimate business activities. Should the Company acquire personal information contained in a document from you directly, we will clearly indicate the purpose of use on each occasion on which we acquire such information. If the Company acquires personal information indicated on a business card offered to us or provided in exchange or otherwise directly or indirectly acquires personal information, the Company will use the personal information within the scope specified in the Purposes of Use of Personal Information below.
2 Purposes of Use of Personal Information

3 Joint Use
We may provide personal information (including your name, address, telephone number and email address) within the IKO Group to the extent necessary within the Purposes of Use of Personal Information specified in the preceding paragraph, including provision of information regarding products, goods, and services. In such cases of joint use, the Company shall retain responsibility for control.

4 Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases
- Provision of personal information is required under laws or regulations.
- Provision of personal information is necessary to protect human life, health, or property and where obtaining consent is difficult.
- Provision of personal information is necessary for the specific purpose of improving public health or promoting healthy development of children and where obtaining consent is difficult.
- Provision of personal information is compelled by the authority of a governmental agency or local public agency or an official working as specified in laws and regulations on behalf of such authorities and where obtaining consent is likely to interfere with such purpose.
5 Provision Overseas
Should the Company wish to provide personal information to third parties or to Company group companies across national borders, we will confirm laws, regulations, and other requirements concerning cross-border transfer of personal information and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements.

- The subject of your application is not personal information retained by the Company.

- Disclosure is likely to seriously interfere with the Company's undertaking of its business operations.
