Since the rack is placed inside the way, it maintains the same outside dimensions and offers complete mounting compatibility with the conventional crossed roller way unit; making it easy to replace the conventional type crossed roller way units in machines and equipment, as well as using it in new designs.

A combination of a precisely finished raceway surface and a non-recirculating type linear motion rolling guide with super high precision length rollers, results in superb, smooth motion with very high accuracy. High running accuracy can be achieved without the running deflection of a recirculating type linear motion rolling guide, and improved precision positioning accuracy with superior following capabilities for fine feeding commands can be expected because of linear motion without stick-slip with extremely low frictional resistance.

High Accuracy

The integrated center way is attached to a simple bed, producing few machining errors, and the table incorporates a Crossed Roller Way (CRW) for stable and high-precision linear motion.

The parts are integrated and the table and bed are rigid, minimizing elastic deformation for loads in any direction and providing high rigidity.

Smooth Motion

The integrated center way produces few machining or mounting errors, and incorporates ultra-high precision cylindrical rollers, enabling smooth motion with no stick-slip.

Easy Mounting

The table and bed mounting surfaces are precisely ground. The table has female threads and the bed is counter bored for mounting. In addition, since it maintains high running accuracy and rigidity and has suitable preload in order to achieve a long and stable operating life, linear motion with high reliability can be achieved simply by mounting it to the machine.
